R.O.L.F. FAVORITES

When you spend several decades wandering the west, exploring all kinds of trout streams, chasing those “wild goose” rumors of trout “as big as your leg” that are “stacked up like cordwood,” and generally having a great time, you naturally develop favorites.  These are the streams, the hotels, the bars and restaurants, the fly shops, the guides, and the people you just naturally gravitate back to.  Often these favorites are the main focus of your trip.  Sometimes you just kind of make sure you stop by when you’re in the neighborhood.
