Kimi Raikonnen ended last night's Spanish GP after only 8 metres. The Finn ran into the rear of Antonio Pizzonia's Jaguar. Martin Brundle made the comment that Kimi can use the experience to pickup a stalled car in the future. Raikonnen still leads the championship by 4 points from Micheal Schumacher, although his lead is likely to diminish until the release of the much aniticipated McLaren MP4/18.
David Coulthard collided with Jarno Trulli on lap one forcing the Scot to the back of the field. Unfortunately David retired following a collision with Jenson Button's BAR. The collision was a racing accident as David was oblivious to Jenson following the BAR's pit exit. |
