The Clementine Diet

Clementines are not only scrumptious, they're good for you!  The sweet little fruit only have 35 calories and are packed full of goodness.  They are a good source of vitamins A and C, folate and fiber. 

The Clementine Diet is based on a hearty consumption of clementines.  If the diet plan is followed a 185-lb. person will weigh 120 lbs. in only three weeks! 

The Typical Day

Breakfast -
        4 Clementines
        A shot of lemon juice

Lunch -
        3.2384 Clementines
        A nickel-sized portion of sauerkraut
        One 8-ounce glass of holy water

Snack-
        1 boullion cube marinated in tabasco sauce

Supper -
        18 Clementines
        1.5 lbs. lemon-marinated beef roast
        One thermos of fresh bat blood
