Block watch program not only allows you meet and get to know your neighbors but it gives you a sense of community and safety. Here are some guidelines sent from the National Neighborhood Watch Association to help you establish and maintain a Block Watch Program. Once you become a captain or member, you will have stickers for your valueables, a window sign to deter any break-ins and your block will be entitled to receive a block sign alerting others that a standing program is in the area.
