First before you start playing read the code of conduct and the online manual. Once you start playing runescape and you have completed the tutorial you need to decide
what type of runescape adventure your going to have.You could be a pure fighter,mage,ranger, or a all rounder the(train all stats) decision is up to you (see fighting guide)
The best thing to do is when you start go and make your self some armor by smithing you could start by smelting copper ore and tin ore together.
Then you should go see the chef in lumbridge castle because he needs some help.
And make some friends and enemies.
