Try to drink a bottle of water while you work out and another when you are finished. Finally, get up and get moving!! Staying sedentary will only make you feel stiff! |

| Journalling Your Experience I have had a lot of interest from women wondering how to track their progress as they move towards their fitness goals. The easiest way is to keep a journal of your activities and accomplishments. Every 2 weeks, weigh yourself and record your measurements (see our "Taking Your Measurements" section for details). In addition, record the type of exercise you do every day and how long you do it for. Make note of how you felt that day, especially when you were exercising. Take a moment to jot down how you felt the week went. Did you exercise as much as you wanted to? Why or why not? Are you noticing changes in your energy levels throughout the day? What else is different or the same? Finally, set a small goal for the week ahead. Keep it short, simple and realistic. Good Luck!! |

| Welcome to the program ladies!! This began as a little side project for my best friend. She had her first baby on May 14, 2006 and was feeling a little blue about her post-partum body. I had just finished my first year of Personal Training and offered to design her an at-home workout to shed those last few pounds. What started out as a simple favor exploded overnight when she shared it with some moms on the website www.babyfit.com. Within days, dozens of women were requesting the program. With so many fitness backgrounds, it is hard to tailor one program to so many women. Therefore, I have created this website for all of you to contact me with your questions!!
