| How to Take Your Measurements: | |||||||||||
| Weight: First thing in the morning, AFTER you have gone to the bathroom but BEFORE you eat anything. AFTER you have finished breast-feeding, if possible. Bust: At the fullest part, usually in line with the nipples, with your arms at your sides. Chest: Directly under your boobs, with your arms at your sides. Waist: At the narrowest part of your waist. This is usually above your belly button. No sucking in!!! Hips: For simplicity's sake, measure at your belly button. Butt: At the widest part (sorry ladies!), standing with your feet tight together. Thigh: Right thigh, directly under the fold of your bum. Upper Arm: Right arm, at the fullest part - your bulging biceps!! |
