Isolation, exuberant fauna, rich in fish waters and a good infrastructure are the group of circumstances found for those who embarks in the Barco Hotel Maanaim, exploring the most remote landscapes of Guapore river. Below the municipal district of Pimenteiras, passing the towns of Pause and Cafetal, there is nothing else reminding the civilization. The ciliary forest totally preserved, exhibits a density that seems insurmountable, and among a curve and other, the life shows in all its exuberance.

But it is in its water that one can sharply notice how much this fluvial course still stays distant from the effects that accompany the progress. About eight hours below the town of Cafetal, countless bays represent an irrecusable invitation for the sporting fishing followers. And any expectation that grows up related with the richness of fishes in those mirrors of water, for the most optimist, certainly will be revealed modest as soon as the first throw has been done.

Services    

The Barco Hotel Maanaim is the only one that navigates in these waters. It  is based on the City of Pimenteira of the West, in Rondônia, which can be accessed by highway or by plane through airport of Ji-Paraná-RO. It counts with 4 duplex room and 1 quadruple - all with air conditioned -, besides fishing infrastructure, with boats, electric and outboard motors, and fishing guides.
