| There are a lot of people out there who feed their Flower Horns with small fishes such as guppies, goldfish etc. Although this is a good food source, we must always be careful that the fish we are going to use is free of disease. Sometimes it is almost impossible to tell whether the goldfish you are buying is disease free or not. It is advisable to quarantine your small fishes for a few days before feeding to your Flower Horns although a lot of people just throw the fishes right into the aquarium immediately after coming home from your local aquarium shop. Once again it is up to the individual aquarist to decide for himself whether to use this food source or not. |
