Kauai
The Garden Island
A typical Hawaiian rain forest with Waterfalls
We spent most of the last week on Kauai, spending some time on the beach, playing in the waves and traveling around the island to see the sights.  Ed took us to the north side and up to the top of the mountains.  Now that he has moved from Hawaii to Rome, he is practicing to be our tour guide to Italy.  (While working for the Vatican) Perhaps our next big adventure!
Fr. Ed Popish convalidated our marriage at a small church near Hanalei.     Thanks Ed!
The top of the Napali Coast, as it drops thousands of feet into the sea.
The wettest spot on the Earth, the northern mountains of Kauai
Our last day on Kauai, we took a helicopter tour of the island.  The views were spectacular, even on the most rainy day of all!
The Napali Coast is only accessable by boat, foot,  or jumping out of the helicopter.
