Love the water? Join our instructors in group activities in our beloved indoor pool. Aquatic activites minimizes joint pressure while exercising. Swim suit up and hit the waters!
Group Fitness
At Fire Fit you'll find all of the latest cardio and strength training equipment along with a dynamic group exercise program that includes classes like yoga, group cycling, mixed martial arts, muscle endurance training, Pilates and etc. Most importantly, you'll find an energetic, supportive environment full of all kinds of people who are committed to achieving their goals.

Member of the Month
Adam Smith
Adam is one of the few people who have stuck with Fire Fit from his teenage years. Adam said, " I use to be a very thin person; no one would believe me that I wanted to bulk up. Then I went to this gym when after it's 10 year anniversary and it changed my life forever." Adam is now competiting in a local powerlifting competiton.
