The Lifetime Run
FireFit teamed up with other local gyms to host the lifetime run which was an event to raise importance of how a healthy lifestyle can last a lifetime. During the event adults and children of all ages could run the marathon or walk for fitness. The turnout was a great success and we could not thank the community enough for this opportunity.
Zumba
Now partnering with Zumba, FireFit threw its first dance class one 10/12/2013. Teens and adult all over the community showed up to demonstrate their explosive dance moves to instructor Angela Owens. There are still chance to sign up for up-coming Zumba class, ask your local gym for dates and availability in your area.
