2. I spent about 17 and a half hours a week (2.5 hours a day) on my exhibition during the first trimester, the same for the second, and a little more during the third (about 3 hours a day), mostly because of the exhibition fair and exhibition presentation. This says that I use my time for work very well and that this will help me prepare for college.

3. I was very responsible about using flex time. I used it primarily to work on my powerpoint, my exhibition fair, and my presentation. I believe I did three hours a day of work about 3/4 of the time. However, I worked so diligently, I ended up with a lot of free time. This says that I do a terrific job structuring my work time.

4. Flex time was extremely beneficial. It helped me get more done, because I could work in a peaceful quiet environment. I could never do my powerpoint at school, because it would take a long time downloading the videos and music, and even then, I would of used so much memory, Mr. Nelson would have my head. It also prepares me for college, as some classes do start at around ten o'clock.

Overall Reflection

1. I will make sure I use a lot of resources and tie it all in to the actual assignment. I will also make sure to find information that is needed and info that is not. I will also find information that is accurate, as I will, again, use a lot of resources to help me separate the bogus ones from the groovy cool, accurate ones.

2. The exhibition presentation was a true highlight for me. Especiailly getting two rounds of applause. I never had that before! It wasn't a perfect presentation and there were some things I could of obviously done, but it didn't ruin me from doing an exceptional job.

3. One word: Woo-Hoo. It feels SO great finishing this project (except for doing this long long long reflection). I feel like I won a new car on The Price is Right, I feel so great! I feel like breakdancin' right now! I feel so alive!

4. I had accomplished writing a long essay, presenting in front of a huge audience, creating an exhibition fair, interviewing with a famous D.J., and creating the best powerpoint I had ever made. I learned that I could do all this. I didn't know I had this in me.

5. I give it a 9. I put a ton of effort into my senior exhibition, making it the best I can make it. I would give it a 9 in terms of quality of work. I felt that I spent an ample amount of time with my essay and my powerpoint, and both of them look absolutely wonderful.

6. I got various viewpoints from different people. One person said I did a great job on something while one thought I didn't. It's nice to have those different opinions, so I can easily pick out the suggestions I will make and ones that I won't. A true disadvantage was my 11th grader. He didn't do a whole lot for me. He didn't give me any suggestions. But other than that, the collaboration of people was a great advantage.

7. The exhibition reflects the coalition principles of RHS. It describes what this school tries to do: Make each student do numerous things to vastly improve their knowledge of the subject. From a powerpoint to a fair to an essay to a presentation to a web-site, we used a variety of mediums to express our subjects and it made us comprehend it more.

8. My responsiblities to the other students is tell them why the exhibition is so important to our school, by creating interesting and fascinating ones. Also to make them excited when they become a senior and they have to make their own mammoth exhibition project.

9. I represented RHS and showed the community what our school does. We use different mediums to further gain understanding of the topics. We show the community what we do and why we do it. And who bloody knows, maybe because of this exhibition, their child will attend RHS.

10. Feels I'm like repeating myself for the hundreth time. We have an exhibition because it gives us the opportunity to use a variety of different mediums and incorporate them into understand a certain topic or topics. Riverdale feels that every senior needs this, so college life would be so much easier. This gives seniors a good idea of what college life will be like (especially the long essays).

11. Simple answer: Keep everything, get rid of the exhibition fair. We could of used that time to make our powerpoint and our essays of greater quality. If you are going to do a fair, don't do it at the grade school. Many of us had topics that contained questionable material  (like mine), and some topics at the fair I noticed many students were not interested in.

12. I would like to say that I was supposed to be paid by Mr. Oldani to do my senior exhibition. He still owes me! I'm looking for you Oldani. ;')
