Property managers have close contacts with the tenants and should be experts in construction, leasing matters and market analysis.
Real estate development
The real estate developer is responsible for creating the concept of a property and executes the required steps in order to realize the project and eventually manage or lease the construction. The job includes market research and financial analysis. It is a risky but rewarding career in real estate.
