Property management Real estate owners often hire property managers to operate their assets, make sure that the tenants are satisfied, rent is paid and the construction is in good condition. Property managers have close contacts with the tenants and should be experts in construction, leasing matters and market analysis. Real estate development The real estate developer is responsible for creating the concept of a property and executes the required steps in order to realize the project and eventually manage or lease the construction.
