For Starters...

So, targeting links is very simple, it basically means that you're telling the browser where you want your page the link leads to to be shown. So if I want to show you this picture:

in a pop-up window, then all I would need to do is use this code to do it:

Click <a href="jms_affiliate.gif" target="_blank">here</a> to see this picture. And then in use it would look like this: Click here to see this picture.
You can also change the attributes of the pop-up window, but that is something I have yet to learn. If you have any questions please feel free to fill out the form and contact me.
