New Agents: All new agents MUST come to HQ to complete their Application Pkg.
New Agents Applications will not be accepted if brought in by
Manager or another Agent. No Exceptions!
1. Your R.E. license needs to be renewed before the expiration date on your License (every 2 yrs.).
2. Continuing Education (CE) must be completed before license renewal by a state accredited course. (some NAR courses qualify) - any class taken in your two year period may qualify.
3. A Corporate Broker has to sign license renewal form, so you have to come to HQ.
4. To complete online renewal CE must be completed and Certificate faxed to HQ.
Call HQ for Broker's ID. Also, the online renewal confirmation must be printed and faxed to HQ.
5. MLS dues must be paid in January of every year – if not, your services will be automatically terminated.
6. To terminate your services, you must make this known to your Manager.
7. A fee of $10.00 must be paid for termination, if your fee was paid when you joined Fillmore, then you can pick up your license after speaking with your Mgr. and an Exit Interview is completed with one of our Corporate VP's.
8. If you're changing from one Branch to another you must inform your Mgr. and also inform the Manager of the office you plan to go to.
9. A fee of $10.00 is required for your Change of Assoc., make sure that you sign your COA card.
10. If your home address, telephone no., name, etc., ever changes HQ must be informed
11. You are responsible for following up with the Dept.of State regarding your License, Change of Assoc., etc..(1-518-474-4429).
12. Agents are not allowed to take the Boot Camp Training unless their application is completed and most importantly that they are licensed an agent with Fillmore Real Estate. No Exceptions!
