Jean-Paul Ho: Manager/Associate Broker of Avenue L office & Vice President of Fillmore Real Estate Ltd.
The Fillmore Avenue L branch office has been the #1 office company wide consecutively since 1996. Fillmore Real Estate is the largest privately owned Real Estate firm in Brooklyn, N.Y. since 1966 (Not a franchise) with over 20 offices and over 600 salepeople.
Jean-Paul Ho has broken many distinguished awards such as: "The Million Dollar Milestone" award, "Member of the Chairman Circle" award and many more!! Jean-Paul started with Fillmore R.E., 9216 Ave.L, in 1994 as a Manager. Prior to that, he managed Beck Real Estate located in Flatbush, New York.
Jean-Paul Ho is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986 and Realtor. When he then took over Fillmore R.E., Avenue L as a manager, the office was a small and unmaintained. Back then, Fillmore R.E., Avenue L, was also the worst producing office company wide therefore on the brink of closing down, with only 4 salespeople grossing only about $15,000.00 per month. In 6 months, Jean-Paul recruited and office then had a total of 15 salespeople. In a years time, the office grossed over $200,000.00 a month, breaking the million dollar record for one office! In 1996, the office moved to mega ultra modern office at 9317 Avenue L, (across the street and the largest in the company) which he now manages over 60 salespeople. The Fillmore, Avenue L office is the # 1 office companywide for Closing, Team Awards and Closings since 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 & now 2005! Now, with many top salespeople (million dollar producers), the office consistently grosses over company record per month, breaking the award for the most production in one month in Fillmore R.E. - 40 years old record, breaking all of the company Milestone awards and closing (and contract) over millions of dollars for one office in 6 months!
Jean-Paul also spearheaded the Mentor program companywide. Prior to that, in 2001 the Fillmore Avenue L branch was the ONLY office that had a Mentor/Mentee program companywide. Jean-Paul Ho himself spearheaded and is the project manager for "Seaview Estate's Condominium" & "Kings Village Co-op " which he was personally & exclusively responsible for managing, marketing and closing all of the sales of the 223 units from April 2003 to 2005!
