Lente 2005: uit en thuis Spring 2005: home and out

Meer babyfotos: het gaat wel snel met zo'n kleintje zeg!  Gewoon wat plaatjes in en rond het huis plus van ons eerste weekendje weg met zijn vieren.  De fotos zijn wat donker uitgevallen, probeer ik nog wat aan te doen (als ik tijd heb). More baby pictures: things change fast with such a small one!  Just some photos in and around the hosue plus from our first weekend out with the four of us. The pix are a bit dark, will see if I can change that (matter of time).

Yekuno: 6-8 maanden/months, Saman 2 jaar/years + 2-4 m

Lekker flesje van pappa. Eindelijk past een niet-pastelkleurig kleertje, hoera! Nice bottle from daddy. Finally a non-pastel-coloured suit fits, hooray! 26/02/05

Dat is leuk: papa-bergzitten met je nieuwe broer! Great, sitting on the daddy-mountain with your new brother! 2/03/05

Lekker in je blootje buiten liggen en naar de tuin kijken: dat kende Yekuno nog niet. Comfy without clothes outside and looking at the garden: a new experience for Yekuno. 26/03/05

Yekuno kan bijna zitten en probeert snel wat te "lezen" voor hij omvalt. Yekuno can almost sit and quickly tries to "read" before falling over. 11/04/05

Nu kan Yekuno goed zitten en reiken naar speegoed om hem heen (zoals de vele opgestuurde speeltjes uit Nederland) zonder om te vallen. Toch leggen we nog maar wat kussens achter hem..... Now Yekuno can sit rather well and can reach for toys around him without falling. Still we put pillows behind him.... 23/04/05

De eerste keer met Yekuno erbij een weekendje weg, met Ethiopisch pasen, natuurlijk naar Langano. Saman is erg aanhankelijk en wil steeds bij zijn broertje zijn: kijk Yekuno, mama maakt een foto! Eh, waar? Oh daar. en nu lachen joh! Huh? The first time out for the weekend with Yekuno, for Ethiopian easter, of course to Langano. Saman is very affectionate and wants to be with his brother all the time: Look Yekuno, mama is making a picture!  Eh where? Oh there. And now you have to laugh! Huh? 30/04/05
