Here are the basic rules of the RPG.

Basic Rules

* To speak OOC (Out Of Character) put your text in (( ))

* Actions can be put in either < > or * *

* Profanity is allowed, but in moderation. If you constantly cuss, you will be warned, then kicked from the room.

* No sexual stuff in the main chat. Kissing, Hugging, and other things ar eok, just no heavy duty stuff (take that to a PM)

* Don't start OOC fights. Treat others as you want to be treated.

* OOC knowledge of an event yet to happen, does not mean your character knows about it. Like if a person mentions they plan to have their char ambush yours and try to jump him OOC, you would know, but your character wouldn't.

* Not everyone cna be a Summoner. Also remember, being a Summoner isn't all fun and games.

Combat and Aeon Rules

* Big fights (like against NPC bosses, or mini bosses) will use the rpg system. Turn ased fights, with skills, items, etc.

* When you attack or cast a spell, don't just put *attacks* or *casts (spell name)* try to be creative, but not too elaborate.

* When a summoner calls an Aeon, every fighter in the Summoner's group are taken out of battle, and the Summoner takes control of the Aeon.

* In non-rpg engine fights, if a Summoner calls an Aeon, s/he will be out of action, and cannot be harmed, etc. The Summoner can rp the Aeon's actions, until it is either defeated or dismissed, then the summoner returns to the battle, and is placed bakc in harm's way.

* Aeons also require a little of the Summoner's spirit to be incarnated (each Aeon that fights alongside a Summoner, is merely a artificial beast made by Pyreflies, and the Fayth's magic.) If a summoner calls an Aeon, and it's defeated or Dismissed, they must wait a while before they can call another, or else they may pass out from fatigue.
