Drying Process I
The Green tea is heated by using the Rotary machine drier/Fluid bed drier at
a temperature of 90° -125° C.This process produces "Cou-Cui", which is
blackish-brown in color with a water content of 3-5%. |

Flower Selection
Process
The Jasmine flowers used should be those that are ready to blossom and extra
efforts are undertaken to minimize the usage of flower buds. This selection
is carried out to ensure the maximum absorption of the aroma of the jasmine
flowers into the tea leaves |

maximum absorption of the aroma of the Jasmine flowers. Increasing water
content by 20% by spraying water onto the tea. This humidifying process is
carried out in the morning and afternoon and then the tea is spread out to
form a layer about 15-20 cm thick. Afterwards, the Jasmine flowers are mixed
