Ferret Haven & Rescue, operated by Barb and Roger in Brandon, Florida,  was established in 1996 to assist abandoned and neglected domestic ferrets who have become increasingly discarded as the latest pet fad. 

     Our shelter has been running to near capacity since we began, sometimes rescuing a few ferrets here, sometimes adopting out a few ferrets to those people who seem truly caring of and educated about ferrets.
