Our Mission: To bring like-minded homebrewers, home wine vintners, and home mead/cider makers from the borderline counties of Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Michigan together in the pursuit and enjoyment of all things fermented.
Our goals are (1) Education, (2) Promotion of Social Activities, and (3) Holding Competitions; to promote greater knowledge and appreciation of fermented beverages.

TCF promotes responsible drinking and when this becomes clouded, we encourage the use of a designated driver.  Please stay safe so that you can live to ferment another day!
Club Brew Meetings:
These meetings will take place at a club member's home at Noon
on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of the month.
We will generally have a featured style, unless there is a special event.
Feel feel to bring a commercial or homebrewed example of the style along.
The "Brewmaster" for the day can brew up a batch of beer, wine, mead, or cider;
and club members can bring their offerings to be "analyzied" by what
I'm sure will be other very willing club members.
  Serving food is optional for the brewmaster.
