Vision Statement
As to be a teacher, I
would like to accomplish all the dreams in different aspects.

With students
I would like to learn
and share with my students, learn with them, and learn from them. I
will treat them equally and be friends with them. I will help them
to learn the best they can. I will encourage them to overcome any
difficulty they may have to face. I will spend more time helping
them. I would like them to discover more than what I can give. I
will encourage them to learn from each other and give the best they
can, be good friends or like brothers and sisters, cooperate with
others. The more we share, the more we learn.

In Teaching
I will encourage the
students to enjoy all the subjects they learn - understand and
empathize the human experiences in literature, think logically and
be scientific, appreciate music and arts, and enjoy exercise and be
healthy, exploring the world, universe, and inside themselves. I
wish to provide them a rich environment and warm atmosphere to teach
them what they have to learn as well as how to learn. We all should
be enthusiastic about teaching and learning. I wish they all would
learn well to do things on their own and teamwork, too.

Parents & Community
I would like to have
good communication with the parents, let them know well about their
children, encourage them to spend time with children in reading,
studying, and playing. I wish to have them participate as volunteers
in class or at school. Everyone is resource. I would like to be a
volunteer in the community if I have more time.

At School
I would like to share
information with colleagues and support each other. I am willing to
cooperate with administrators. I wish to work successfully in ideal,
academic and practical. I would love to learn from others. I would
like to participate in any activities that unite us as a whole.

Ongoing Education
The most important thing
for myself is lifelong learning. I will attend workshops and
conferences to get new information and ideas. I will refresh myself
and enrich myself in teaching. I would love to learn new things and
share with others. I wish to be curious about the world as a newborn
child. I will explore more and more and try as mush as I can. I will
enjoy the journey that I have been going.
