			Requesting Transcripts

		If you are currently a senior and are applying to college, complete a transcript request request form in Guidance to receive an official copy of your transcript at least one week before the day you need it. If you are an underclassman and need a copy of your transcript, see Ms. Leonard to request a copy of your transcript at least one week before the day you need it. If you are a graduate of Bunn and need a copy of your transcript, you can either call or mail your request in. Transcripts will be furnished free for the first year after graduation. After one year, send $3 (do not mail cash) along with your full birth name, birth date and the address of where you would like your transcript sent to Ms. Leonard at the address below. The transcript fee must be paid in advance of receiving transcripts.
