Week # 1
We
started with the introduction of Research, the process of doing
research, how a dissertation is structured. It was also explained
what research ideas should ignite to the intended audience. Also
we looked into the process of generating research ideas. Two examples
were also discussed in the class regarding the Online Job Recruitment
and Structural changes at work and the psychological contract. Finally
the strategy of performing research was elaborated followed by the
class discussion.

Tthis week few groups present their topics given as assignments in previous lecture.
Week #3
in this week we studied about quantitave and qualitative research problems. we also covered how to tredefine the quantitative problem into sets of quantitative problems.few steps can be taken in this regards are discussed in the class like designing a survey or experiment, performing statisticall analysis, gathering historical data and searching literature.

Class was cancelled
