Working Experiences

1) Set petrol to the customer

Basically, in my working place there are has eight pump. Usually the customers such as Malay, Chinese or India will pay the amount that they want to refill the petrol at their car, motorcycle or lorry. Mostly, the customers will use the RON95 because the price is lower than RON97. Other customer likes to use RON97 because this petrol more powerful even the price is high. For the customers that are use the credit card, for example, MasterCard, Visa or Shell card, they will direct pay the amount at the machines in outside.

7) Arrive Lorry Tank Shell

Firstly, need to get up safely delivery. This means that need to ensure the diver has set up a safe work area to reduce risk of impact with vehicles and to prevent pedestrians from entering a hazardous zone. Secondly, is let there be light. This means that, if lighting conditions are low, ensure the driver uses only intrinsically safe devices to shed some light. Thirdly, is preventing zero climbing. It is means that to prevent working at height injuries is to climb tanker tops. Then, is dipping it good. It was means that if dipping of tanks are required before and after delivery due to no ATG, ensure a safe area is setup around the dip point and reading is accurate. Next, after the safe delivery is complete, need to ensure the safety of contractor is protected. One of the ways to ensure the safety of contractor is approved contractors. This means that only approved contractors can perform works on the site. Ask for ID or check against approved contractor list is available. Then, need to check the forms. The Permit to Work System requires a Work Clearance Form before any work continues. Need to verify details and validity of WCF. After that, need to ensure the safety of PPE.
