Ingredients

Cauliflower-250 g
Onion, chopped-2
Garlic,cloves-6
Garam masala powder-1\2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
Ground cumin seeds-1tsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Beaten Curd-2 tbsp
Tomato-1
Gram flour -2 tbsp
Cornflour-1 tbsp
Coriander leaves-
Salt to taste
Oil for frying & for gravy
Method

1. Blend together gram flour, salt,1 tsp chilli powder, cornflour & water into a smooth batter. Dip the cauliflower florets in this batter  & fry in hot oil till crisp and light brown in colour.
2.In a pan heat the oil & saute the chopped onion till light brown in colour.
3. Add garlic chopped & spices. Fry till raw smell disappears.
4. Add tomato chopped & cook till oil separates out. Add curd 7 stir well.Pour in enough water & bring to boil .Reduce the heat & allow the gravy to simmer till slightly thick.
5. Add in fried cauliflower & boil once again.
6.If u want fried cauliflower to remain crisp, first make the gravy thick. Then mix in fried cauliflower only while serving.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
