Ingredients

Cauliflower-100 g
Peas-100 g
Potatoes-100 g
Carrot-50 g
Beans-50 g
Onion-2
Garlic-6 cloves
Ginger-2" piece
Coriander leaves-a small bunch
Green chillies-4
paneer-100 g
Milk- a little
Garam masala pd-1 tsp
Cumin seed crushed-1 tsp
Turmeric pd-1/2 tsp
Salt & chilli pd -to taste
Tomatoes pureed-1/2 cup
Curd-1 cup
Saffron-1/4tsp
Almonds & cashewnuts fried-1/4 cup
Raisins fried-2 tbsp
Orange-1
Pineapple-1 slice
Cherries- a few
Ghee-4 tbsp
Cream-2 tbsp

Method
1.Grind onion,ginger,garlic,greenchillies & half of the coriander leaves.
2.Fry paneer in oil.
3.Cut vegetables into small cubes.
4.Heat ghee & fry the ground paste in it sprinkling little milk, till it turns golden on colour.
5.Add all vegetables & fry a little. Add all powdered masalas & fry.Add salt to taste.
6.Add tomato puree & curd.Cook till vegetables are almost done.Mix in nuts,raisins & paneer.Add little water if needed..
7.Add saffron dissolved in hot milk.Remove from heat.
8.Serve garnished with fruits, fresh cream & coriander leaves
