Mutter paneer


Ingredients

Ghee/ oil- 2 tbsp
Onion, chopped-2
Ginger, chopped-1 1\2 tsp
Mustard seed-1\4 tsp
Cumin seeds-3 tsp
Green chillies, chopped-2
Tomatoes, peeled & chopped-4
Coriander powder-1\2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
Aniseed powder-1\4 tsp
Garam masala powder-1\4 tsp
Coriander leaves- a small bunch
Pudina leaves- a small bunch
Paneer cubes-200 g
Ghee/oil for deep frying
Cooked green peas-1 cup
Tomato paste-1 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Method

1. Fry the paneer in oil & drain.
2. Heat 3tbsp of oil. Saute mustard seed & cumin seed. When they crackle add onion chopped, ginger & green chilli chopped.
3. Add tomatoes & all dry masala powders. Cook till oil separates oil..
4. Add green peas & 1/4 cup ofwater.Boil & simmer.
5. Add tomato paste, salt & fried paneer. Add dhania & pudina leaves. Boil again & serve with hot poori's.
