Methi mutter

Ingredients

Methi leaves (fenugreek) - 2 cups
Green peas, shelled-1 � cups
Onion, minced-2
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- � tsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Kasoori methi powder- 2 tsp
Fresh cream-2 tbsp
Oil-
Salt to taste

Method

1 Wash and drain the methi leaves. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the leaves for a minute. Drain and keep aside
2. Heat little oil in a pan. Saut� ginger-garlic paste.
3. Now add minced onion and saut� in raw smell disappears.
4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Saut� for few seconds.
5. Add green peas and water. Cook on moderate heat till done.
6. Add fried methi leaves & salt to taste.
7. Finish of with fresh cream and kasoori methi powder. Serve hot with naan.
