| Jhinghe Ka Korma
Ingredients 1.Shelled prawns-2 cups Curd-1 cup Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp Salt- to taste Green chillie-6 Turmeric powderi-1/2 tsp 2.Cashewnuts- a handful Sesame seed-2 tsp Khus-khus (poppy seed)-2 tsp Coriander leaves-a handful Salt- to taste 3.Butter/oil- for cooking Method 1. Grind together curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chillie, turmeric powder & salt. Marinate prawns in this for 1 hr. 2. Make a paste of cashewnuts, sesame seed, poppy seed, coriander leaves and salt. Heat oil/butter. Fry this ground masala till fat separates out. 3. Now add marinated prawns along with the marinade & cook well. Add enough water. 4. When done serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves. |
