Fish cutlet


Ingredients

Fish- 200g

For cooking the fish:-
Turmeric pd- � tsp
Ginger-garlic crushed-1 tsp
Green chilli, slit-2
Salt to taste

For the cutlet:-
Potato- 1
Onion, chopped- 1
Green chilli- 4
Garam masala pd-  �  tsp
Pepper pd- � tsp
Coriander leaves- � tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Method

1. Cook fish along with ingredients for cooking and shred it.
2. Boil the potato and mash it.
3. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Saut� the chopped onion and green chilies.
4.Add garam masala, pepper pd and salt.
5. Mix in mashed potato, shredded fish and chopped coriander leaves.
6. Mix everything well and saut� for few minutes.
7. Shape the mixture into cutlets. Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil and serve.
