Dal Gosht

Ingredients
     1.Mutton-1/2 kg
        Ginger-garlic paste-2 tsp
        Curd- � cup
         Salt-to taste
     2.Onion sliced-2
        Haldi powder-1/2 tsp
        Dhania powder-1 tsp
        Jeera powder-1 tsp
        Red chilli powder-2 tsp
        Cinnamon-1"
        Bay leaf-1
    3. Chana dal (soaked for � hr)-3 tbsp
    4. Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
        Oil-3 tbsp
        Coriander leaves- for garnishing

Method
1. Marinate mutton in curd, ginger-garlic paste & salt for � hr.
2. Heat ghee or oil. Add the sliced onions & fry till light brown.
3. Add all dry masla powders, bay leaf, cinnamon & fry slightly.
4. Now add marinated mutton & fry till fat separates out.
5. Cook dal separately & mash it.
6. Add dal to mutton & add water, cook it till done.
7. Now add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
