Steamed chocolate pudding

Ingredients

Flour-3/4 cup
Sugar pd-3/4 cup
Custard powder-2 tbsp
Cocoa-2 tbsp
Egg-2
Milk-2 tbsp
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Butter-1/2 cup

Method

1. Sieve all the dry ingredients together. Cream butter & sugar.
2. Gradually add beaten eggs. Fold in the sieved flour & milk alternately.
3. Pour into a greased & floured pudding mould. Cover with a wax paper tied with a string. Steam it in a Idli steamer with water 3/ 4th upto the mould, for about 45min or till done.
4. When cool upturn onto a plate, serve with hot custard & cherries.
