Chilli prawn fry

Ingredients

Prawns-1/2 kg
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-2 tsp
Egg white-1
Salt-to taste
Flour-1/2 cup
Cornflour-1/4 cup
Ajinomotto-1/4 tsp
Cooking soda-1/2 tsp
Oil for deep-frying
Chilli red colour- a pinch
Method
1.Marinate prawns in soyasauce, chilli sauce, eggwhite & pepper powder.
2.Make a thick batter with flour, cornflour, ajinomotto, cooking soda & chilli red colour. Add salt to taste.
3.Heat oil for deep frying.
4.Dip the marinated prawns in the thick batter & fry one by one, till brown & crisp
