| Chicken zaffrani korma Ingredients 1.Chicken-1 2.Whole garam masala Ginger-garlic paste-2 tbsp 3.Red chillie pd-1 tbsp Dhania pd-2 tbsp Jeera pd-2 tsp 4.Curd-1 cup 5.Brown onion paste (brishta)- of 3 onions Jaiphal-javitri paste-1 tsp 6.Saffron- apinch Garam masala pd-1 tsp 7. Ghee-3 tbsp Dhania leaves- for garnishing Cardamom powder-1 tsp |
| Method 1.Heat the ghee in a kadai. Put whole garam masala. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste & fry. 3. Now add dry masala powders & fry slightly adding liitle water to avoid burning. 4.Add beaten curd. Cook till curd gets incoparated well into the masala. Then put the chicken & cook till it loses water. 5. Add onion paste &jaiphal-javitri. 6.Garnish with corinader leaves & sprinkle cardamom powder. |
