Chilli chicken Ingredients Chicken-1/2 kg For the marinade Soy sauce-1 � tsp Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp Sugar-1/2 tsp Cornflour-1 tbsp Vinegar-2 tsp Salt to taste Red color- a pinch Lime juice-1/2 For the gravy Red chilli flakes-1 tsp Green chilli chopped-10 Onion cubed-2 Capsicum cubed-1 Celery-1 tbsp Tomato sauce-1 � tbsp Ajinomotto-a pinch Cornflour-2-3 tsp Oil Method 1.Mix the ingredients for the marinade & marinate chicken pieces in it for an hour. 2. Heat little oil and add the marinated chicken along with a 1 cup of water & cook it till half done. 3.Heat oil in a pan. Add red chilli flakes & green chilli chopped. 4.Add onion & capsicum cubes. Saut� it for few minutes. 5.Add celery, half done chicken, tomato sauce,ajinomotto & cook well. 6.Add enough water to adjust the thickness of gravy. |
