Jhatphat chicken curry (can also use mutton)


Ingredients


1.Chicken-500g
   Curd-250g
   Onion-125g
   Garam masala-1 tbsp
   Coriander powder-1 tbsp
   Jeera powder(cumin)-1 tbsp
   Ginger-1� piece
   Garlic-4 cloves
   Turmeric powder �1tsp
   Salt and chilli powder to taste
2.Cardamom-2
  Cloves-2
  Cinnamon-1� stick
  Ghee-3tbsp

Method

1.Beat curd nicely, put in the rest of the ingredients and mix nicely in pressure cooker.
2.Heat the ghee. Add the whole masala and pour in to the chicken mixture in the cooker.
3.Close the cooker and pressure cook it till the chicken is cooked and tender.and the ghee floats on top.
4. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
