Shahi korma

Ingredients

Boneless mutton-750 g
Whole garam masala-1 tbsp
Onion sliced- 2 cups
Ginger-garlic paste-2 tbsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Curd-1 cup
Salt- as per taste
Fresh cream-1\2 cup
Badam slices- a few
Oil-4 tbsp

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan & add the whole garam masla.
2. Add the onion slices & fry till light brown in colour. add in ginger- garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
3. Add the mutton pieces & cook till it becomes dry.
4. Add the powdered masalas & fry.
5. Add curd & cook till oil comes out.
6. Add enough water & salt. Simmer the heat & cook till mutton is tender.
7. Add fresh cream & mix well. Garnish with badam slices.
