Ingredients

Mixed veg- 1 cup (cut into small sticks)
(yam, raw  banana,drumstick, beans, carrot &cucumber)
Coconut, grated- � cup
Green chilli- 1
Curry leaves- few
Curd- 1 tbsp
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Method

1. Crush coconut, green chilli and curry leaves.
2. Heat a tbsp of coconut oil in a sauce pan. Saut� all the vegetables. Sprinkle little water in between and cook the vegetables.
3. Add crushed coconut mixture and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add curd, mix well.
5. Add few curry leaves and a tbsp of coconut oil. Cover and cook for a minute. Serve with boiled rice.
