Ingredients

Frozen icecream scoops-6
Dessicated coconut-1/2 cup
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Oil- for deep frying

For the butterscotch sauce

Sugar-250g
Fresh cream-250g
Salted butter-125g
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp

Method

1. First roll out the frozen ice cream scoops in dessicated coconut & then in bread crumbs. Roll the scoop with your palm till it becomes really coated with them. Freeze the scoop so that it gets set.

2.Heat the oil & fry the scoops quickly till it outside becomes light brown. Serve immedialtely with butterscocth sauce.

To make sauce:-

1.Caramelize the sugar.
2.Add cream & mix properly.
3.Add butter & whisk slowly till it gets melted. Add vanilla essence & cool the sauce.
