| Coconut centre chocolate Ingredients Milk cooking chocolate-125 g Dark cooking chocolate-125 g For the filling Dessicatted coconut-6 tbsp Powdered sugar-3 tbsp Milk powder-3tsp Sugar syrup- as needed Method 1. Melt both milk & dark cooking chocolate over a steam bath. Pour onto a smooth surface & smoothen it using a palette knife. 2.Mix together the ingredients for the filling & add enough sugar syrup to make a smooth dough out of it. Make small balls of this dough. 3.Dip this coconut balls in melted chocolate & keep it on a grease proof paper. Refrigerate it for setting. 4.Wrap in foil paper & store in the fridge. |
