| Welcome to Farr West Russells and Kennels. We are a small kennel located in Northern Utah, dedicated to preserve and protect this hardy little working terrier known as the �Russell Terrier� We strive for great temperaments, conformation and of course the ability to perform the function they were bred for, �hunting�.
Although we have been breeding the Russell Terrier since 1997, our breeding program is relatively new. We have been fortunate enough to have in our lines, Kennel names such as Hi-Hill�s, Heritage Farms, Pecan Grove, Star Valley, Westerly and Elk Creek. Concentrating on form and function, we have been able to achieve excellence in our breeding program, having produced some of the top Russell Terriers in the States. Our Terriers train and compete in Conformation, Obedience, Racing, Go-To-Ground and are worked in the Natural Hunt for fox and raccoon. Although our Terriers are bred for temperament and are great family companions they have no problem in completing the task originally bred for. |
