Rankings

Apprentices: Apprentice or appy as it's nicked is the lowest rank possible in the craft, they need to obey everyone [well apart from craft drudges and brats]. They spend most of their time learning or doing chores and in their spare time often like to commit pranks.

Postings: None allowed unless you've a posted mentor then maybe.

Title: Farmer Apprentice

Requirements: An interview into the craft

Promotion: Sr. Apprentice

Requirements:

- Must create, describe and have approved: 2 Generic Growable Plants and 3 Plants of any kind.

- Test on Flora and Fauna

- Notebook listing what classes you've taken.

- 1 in each skill area.

Knot: Double Cord (one in golden yellow, one in white), Single Loop

Sr. Apprentices: One step up the ladder above the ordinary Appy the Senior App as their often called has to obey nearly everyone in the craft but at this point has gained some privileges. They can drink if they're 15 turns or up though not get drunk of course still and they can be posted [if valid ic and ooc reasons]. Also they can teach appies though their classes must be supervised and they can only teach what they've a 2 in a skill. The only exception to the rule of needing to be supervised is if they've a 3 in a skill and have taught a supervised class. You can also take on mentees.

Postings: Allowed if good solid ic and ooc reasoning behind wanting one or mentor is posted. You have the possibility of becoming staff.

Title: Farmer Senior Apprentice (Post is Posted)

for one specializing in which needs a skill

level of three.

- [Posted] Double Cord, Single Loop, Small Tail, Tassel and two ribbons of posted area's colors.

Journeymen: Ahh the privileges of being a jman, as this rank's often nicknamed... You can teach unsupervised anything you've a skill of 3 or more in though should still have someone else watch if you've a 2. You can have families and handfast as well as be posted if you really want though we still want a good reason behind this as we're a small craft. You can drink and what not though still don't get drunk out in public as you are representing the craft as a whole. You're expected to take on mentees and teach and have possibility of becoming staff. Icly normally a journeyman won't have a large family, they tend to be the ones to do a lot of travelling and what not.

Postings: Allowed with good reason.

Title: Farmer Journeyman

Promotion: Sr. Journeyman

- Must have a 3 in each skill category and a

5 in the one you're specializing in.

Sr. Journeyman: Sr. Jman's a bit above jman and normally once someone makes senoir jman they're likely to be trying for mastery plus around now in all likely hood a sr. jman's decided where they like to grow whatever they like to and all so that they're not moving round quite as much. They're expected to mentor, teach, help the craft however they can. They can be staff if they meet the staff bit policy under help policies.

Postings: Allowed just ask and likely your request will be granted though we don't guarantee this.

- [Posted] Double Cord, Single Loop, Long Tail, One Tassel bound in gold thread with two ribbons woven in for area posted in.

Master: Master is the final rank pretty much for nearly anyone. Nowhere else to go after all or not really. You're expected to take on mentees work towards bettering the craft as well as expected to teach, run tp's etc; and likely if you've made it as far as master and aren't staff you'll be asked if you'd like to become staff now if you haven't already been.

Postings: Welcome to request one long as you're not taking the position of Apprentice master or are CraftHead or CraftHeadSecond.

Title: Farmer Master

Promotion: None have crafthead and craftsecond spots filled and App Master is a title more then anything.
