2.3  "Great Men"
Male breast cancer.  Would Ryan's nipple really bleed?
A:_______________________________
A cancerous breast tumor can cause an irregular discharge and/or bleeding from a man or woman's nipple.  Since men do not routinely undergo mammograms in the same way that women do, male breast cancer is almost always detected by some sort of physical presence and not by mammograms.  In 1999, it is estimated that 1,300 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 400 will die from it.  The signs of breast cancer in men are:
-nipple discharge (usually bloody)
-nipple inversion.
-breast lump.
-occasionally, local pain, itching and pulling sensation.
Cyril's brain-damage was the result of a couple of severe blows to the base of his skull. Now, is the damage that he suffered consistent with the area of the brain that would have been affected by the blows?

Chloral Hydrate is synthesized by the chlorination of ethanol.  It is used in human and veterinary medicine as a sedative and hypnotic drug.  Chloral hydrate is irritating to the skin and mucous membranes and often causes gastric distress, nausea, and vomiting at the recommended clinical dose.  An overdose produces (in order of progression) : ataxia, lethargy, dupcoma, resperatory depression, hypotension, and cardiac arrythmia.
It is completely absorbed and rapidly metabolized following oral administration.

An on-going debate
1. It was never pinpointed which area Cyril got hit, but if you look in the flashback that Ryan has in Ep.??? you see a chair hit the back of his head and either/or the lower/mid region of his head got hit.  His exact injury was never discussed.
