Continuity on  Parole
This page is sort of like a Twilight Zone for Oz episodes.  Some things are not what they appear.  Brace yourself...for the OZone.
Episode: "Animal Farm"

Senario:
When Hill is chasing after Alverez to question him about escaping, you see a brief shot of Beecher and Keller calmly playing chess.
Why this is inconsistent:

Earlier, Keller was sent to 'the hole'.
Episode: "Napoleon's Boney Parts
Season:  3.2  #18
Senario:
Just a weird thing!

Said's  reading a book when Shillinger harasses him about his interest in a white woman.  Said's book is blocked out.

Senario:
Red haired inmate is trying to buy drugs off  Ryan when an insistant Cyril wants to get breakfast.
Why this is inconsistent:

Seconds earlier the same inmate is seen in the background scene as Shillinger froces Busmalis to eat the 'spit in' oatmeal.

Two places at once.  Quick legs!
Episode: "U.S. Male"
Season: 3.5

Senario:
While Poet recites his poem to Said, in the background, you see Ryan's arm bandaged.
Why this is inconsistent:

Later on when Said is washing his face you see Ryan scratching out his tattoo, requiring a bandage.
Episode: "Secret Idendities"
Season: 3.7  #23
Senario:
Cyril and Ryan witness the fight break out between Beecher and Vern. etc...
Why this is inconsistent:

Next scene is of the prisoners being sent into lockdown.  You first see Ryan casually dealing cards while Cyril spins his book.  Then a C.O. yells out 'lockdown!' and alarms are sounded as the O'Reily's calmly get up and leave.

Another case of fast feet.

Episode: "Out-o-Time" and "A Cock and balls story"
Season: 3.5 & 4.1
#21,24 & 25
Senario:
Poet and Junior Pierce get their bandages taken off.  Dr. Nathan reports that their skin pigment will change back in 6 months to one year's time.
Why this is inconsistent:

Next episode takes place after a 2- week lockdown.  Both men have their pigment all the same color.

Why this is inconsistent:

Later we find out Cyril's injuries, so how could Cyril be so helpful?

D'Angelo is injured by Adebisi and Wangler. 
Why this is inconsistent:

He is seen in the infirmary, then is never seen again.
Season Two
Episode: "Losing Your Appeal"
Season:   2.4  #12

Senario:
Hanlon accidentally flings an inmate over the second floor rail.  He is sent to the hole where he falsely confesses to murdering Vogel.
Why this is inconsistent:

In the scene where Poet tells Said about his book being published, you see Hanlon sitting with two other inmates in Em City.  Later Hanlon is in death row.
Episode: "Strange Bedfellows"
Season:   2.8  #16

Senario:
A C.O. stands in the kitchen behind the gate and then runs away when Schibetta and Pancamo fight with Adebisi.  Warden Glynn says he will find and fire "the C.O. who lets this happen.""
Why this is inconsistent:

This same C.O. has appeared later in episodes.
Episode: "Escape From Oz"
Season:   2.8  #16

Senario:
Hill tries to escape by hiding in a coffin.  No wheel chair is present.
Why this is inconsistent:

In Season 3 Hill returns with no mention of previous escape.
Season Three
Episode: "Unnatural Disasters, "
Season: 3.4  #20
Senario:
First time Ryan pours Chloral Hydrate into Alvarez's drink.
Then Ryan goes to pour Chloral Hydrate in Kenny's drink.  Stops.  Says "Ya right."  Replaces cap of both bottles. 
Why this is inconsistent:

Ryan wants more Hydrate from Cudney, but why when he still has the unused one from the Kenny/Khan fight? 

Season Four-A
Episode: "A Cock and Balls Story"
Season: 4.1  #25
Senario:
Bevelaqua's conviction is given as the year of April 2,1999.
Why this is inconsistent:

His name is mentioned in 1998.
Season Five
Episode: "Animal Farm", "Legs", "Impotence"
Season:  2.7, 3.3,5.8  #15.19,48
Senario:
Rebadow's grandson Alex and his name changing "World."
Why this is inconsistent:

.In Season 2, Rebadow's grandson went to "Disney World."  In Season 3, we are told he went to "Sea World."  Then in Season 5, it becomes "Adventure World."
