| Article 10 - Expulsion The general membership may expel, by a majority, a Member(s), Officer(s), Director(s) or State Board Representative(s) without cause; providing that the issue of such expulsion has been placed on the agenda of at least one regularly scheduled Chapter meeting before initiating such action and that such expulsion may not take place at the first regularly scheduled Chapter meeting for which the issue appears on the agenda. Submitted to the general membership July 27, 1995 by the Rules Committee for consideration of the proposed changes to the Central Florida Chapter Bylaws. Monica Gibbs, Chairman CFC Rules Committee Proposed changes to the Central Florida Chapter Bylaws were voted on and approved by the general membership August 24, 1995 and were effective immediately.
