| Well, 224 pounds doesn't look good on me. I'm tired of the breathing difficulties walking around the block and the problems with my knees, so I'm getting off my fat butt and doing something about it. The picture below was taken a month or so ago. I haven't lost any weight since this picture was taken. | ||||||||||||||||||
| So, here it goes. I'm going to keep an online journal as I go. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by March 2006. I'm going to Peru, in March, and I don't want to portray the image that all Americans are lazy and fat. And, I need to lose this weight for health reasons. | ||||||||||||||||||

| Weight Watchers is a wonderful thing, They came up with a system using daily points to aid in weight loss. The points calculator takes into consideration fat, fiber and calories. Weight Watchers.com or you can work with the MSN group I found Bubble Busters And of course, exercise. My goal is strength training 2-3 times a week (to allow my muscles to relax some) and aerobic sessions 4-5 times a week. |

| I also need to keep some pretty accurate logs. With WW, you need to list all the foods you eat, along with their corresponding points values. I'm doing my points calcuations off of the equation listed in the MSN group's website. I'm not using people's individual websites with their points values. I do round up though, no rounding down. Also, I'm going to keep a log of my exercise habits. Hopefully this will give me the get up and go attitude I've been missing. Daily Food Log Daily Exercise Measurements |
