| Yea, it's great to keep track of acutal pounds lost, but sometimes you'll lose inches but not pounds, because the exercise is helping to build strong, healthy muscles. So it's always good to keep this third chart. Note: you should not take this measurement every day, at the most, once a week. I've been told by my doctor not to take these measurements more than 2 times a month. |
