Family Benefits
OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this project was to observe, assess, and evaluate family benefits packages at a St. Louis manufacturing facility.  Specifically, the consultants examined maternity leave, paternity leave, child care, and organizational climate for working parents.   Additionally, layout and implementation of family benefits packages were appraised.  After family benefits data was gathered and evaluated, the consulting firm developed a future family benefits prospectus for the organization.
